Easy Cheese and Sausage Egg Bake
It’s 84 degrees in our house. My den is in the finished room above the garage where I’m fairly certain the builders forgot to insulate, so it’s about 90 degrees in this room. My fingers are so warm they’re sticking to the keys on the keyboard and I can barely swipe my finger along the touchpad without it getting ‘stuck’. You gotta love first world problems. It’s too warm to work on the post I needed to finish up in the kitchen, so instead, I’m going to just update a post from my blogging archives. 30-Minute Monday- Skillet Mac-n-Cheese
I love melted, gooey cheese sauce. You’ll never do boring, buttered breadcrumb topping again, nor will you ever make naked mac-n-cheese ever again. I’m taking Mac-n-Cheese to a WHOLE new level y’all. This recipe is so good, you’ll name your next child after me as a tribute. I’m somewhat ashamed…

When you have 6 months of winter, you welcome the heat, humidity, and the sun. But not the mosquitoes. I don’t welcome those at all. I’ve been working for the past 4 days in this 90-degree weather, organizing my garage for the moving sale I’m having later this week. I spend about 6-10 hours in the garage each day and by the time I’m finished, I’m spent. The last thing I want to do is spend eternity in the kitchen…

Cheeseburgers with Onion Bacon Jam (Organic/GMO-Free)
Accept my sincerest apologies for going on and on about my Onion Bacon Jam. I honestly can’t help it. It’s that good. I was just telling TSM that I am going to enter it into some type of bacon recipe contest because I nailed it with this recipe.
