Real Food Girl BBQ Spice Rub
I’ve got some sad news my friends. It’s so sad I actually cried. It could possibly be hormones, but we’ll just play along and say it is because of sadness. After years of tinkering I finally created what The Stud Muffin and I felt was my best BBQ Spice Rub. That stuff was Da Bomb! I slapped that rub on chicken, ribs, pork chops, and that meat was happy! Real Food Enchilada Sauce
I love to spoil you guys. I really do. Case in point; tomorrow for 30-Minute Monday I’m sharing my Beef and Bean Enchilada recipe. But in order to have it fit into the 30-minute time frame, you guys would have to use a powdered enchilada mix. Tilapia is one of the few fish that TSM likes. I enjoy fish a lot. I’d eat many other kinds if I knew he’d enjoy them, but he’s picky about his fish. I want fish in our diets, so Tilapia is one of the fish that we eat and enjoy. I’ve done a fair amount of…

Real Food Tex-Mex Pasta Bake
I had a tough time naming this dish. It looks like a Goulash, but not only is it not Hungarian, it’s also not a stew. My grandmother used to make something similar to this using elbow macaroni, a can of Campbell’sā¢ Tomato soup, and a can of Chicken Gumbo along with some ground beef. It’s tasty, but that old standby needed some new life breathed into it. Hence how this dish was born. I took one of my grandpa’s favorite dishes and I breathed new life into it. I finally decided on Tex-Mex because the dish has Southwestern, American and Mexican components to it. And to give this dish even more of an…
